Offline activation

If you encounter difficulties connecting to our activation server through the internet, you can activate Mix to Mobile offline by following these steps:

1. Launch Mix to Mobile.
2. Click the “Activate offline” button.
3. Enter your serial key and click “Save activation request”. A dialog box will appear, prompting you to save a file.
4. Save the file to your computer.
5. Send the saved file as an attachment to support@soundondigital.com.
6. Our support team will process your request and send you an activation response file.
7. Once you receive the activation response file, go back to Mix to Mobile.
8. Click on “Install response” and choose the activation response file that you received.
9. Confirm the selection, and Mix to Mobile will be unlocked for use.

Note: If you wish to offline activate a trial version of Mix to Mobile, click on “Save trial request” instead of “Save activation request” in step 3.
