Finding logfiles

In some cases Sound on Digital support will ask you to send logfiles which are stored on your computer. This allows us to investigate certain things which might help solving a bug or other problems. This article explains how you can find them.

Windows

(macOS below)

• Open Windows Explorer.
• In the path editor type: %appdata%\Sound on Digital\Mix to Mobile which bring you to the location where the logfiles are stored.

Please send all files in this folder to support@soundondigital.com

macOS

• Open Finder
• Hit Shift + Cmd + G
• Enter ~/Library/Logs/Sound on Digital/Mix to Mobile and hit return

You should end up at the location where all the logfiles are stored. Please send all of them to support@soundondigital.com
