If you encounter this error, it indicates that Mix to Mobile is unable to establish a connection with the activation servers on the internet. In most cases, this issue is caused by firewall settings. Please follow the appropriate steps below based on your operating system:

For Windows users:

  1. Check your firewall settings to ensure Mix to Mobile is allowed access through the firewall.
  2. If you need assistance, refer to our comprehensive guide for configuring your Windows firewall.

For macOS users:

  1. Verify if you have any network filter applications installed, such as Little Snitch or Lulu.
  2. If you find these applications on your system, make sure to grant host access to Mix to Mobile.
  3. Note that there have been reported cases where uninstalling Little Snitch was the only solution to resolve the issue.

If the above troubleshooting steps don’t resolve the problem, you may consider offline activation as an alternative solution.
